By accident I have deleted

by accident I have deleted all my photos from my photos file on my Pc,all I have left are thumbnails on my Adobe Photo Shop which I can do nothing with,I cant even use them as screen savers,and cannot print any photos.As these photos are of holidays that I have taken with my wife they are of great sentimental value.Your help appreciated
