  1. You give the name of the person who rode it to the police. Or as you don't have to give your details, alternatively, probably go to prison.

  2. since you have no license, who's name is the bike  registered under?

the camera will look up the plates and who evers name is registered under, that person will get the ticket.

now, theres no way the camera is going to recognize your face or your buddys face. so ur off the hook, but ur lucky it wasnt a cop because BOTH of you would have gone to jail.

  3. If you mean that you yourself don't have a licence, but you let someone else ride your bike and THEY got caught on a speed camera, that's their problem, you don't need to worry.

  4. pay the fine, no points involved, here in Maryland anyway

  5. Well, I'm not quite sure what your asking because that is not a question, but if I understand what you want it depends on the state you live in. Since your the motorcycle owner you are responsible for any fines that are incurred by that bike. However, like I said, it depends upon the state you live in and how they handle these kinds of violations. In a lot of states, your motorcycle can be confiscated or impounded. I don't quite understand how your friend or whatever got busted with there being no plate on the bike. Unless you mean you do not have a motorcycle endorsement on your Driver's license. I would be able to help you much more, if I knew some more details:

    1. The state you live in.

    2. The County you live in.

    3. What exactly the situation is.

Your best bet in any case would be to get a free consultation with an attorney.

  6. As long as you have the details of the rider at the time....

  7. Your own fault, you deserve the consequences. When Police get in touch about the speeding then you should say the name of person who was riding bike and you will both face fines. Deserved.

  8. When your photo is taken on a speed camera, there is no proof as to who was driving.

The "registered" owner of the vehicle gets the ticket in the mail, but no points are lost because they can't PROVE who was driving.

Just pay the ticket and maybe collect the $$$  from your friend?

If a police officer pulled your friend over, THEN HE would be ticketed.

  9. When you get the ticket, put the "someone's" name on it as the driver.

  10. you have whats the question?

  11. how about no stupid questions?

  12. don't get you?

you shouldn't be riding a motorbike with no licence

  13. Keep your fingers crossed, some just flash and don't actually record.  They're just there as a deterrent, lets hope it was one of those ones without any film in.  I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.  Otherwise I don't 100% know depends on your driving history.
