  1. The steamed seafood dumplings are OK.. as are the steamed vegetables etc... but all the deep fried dumplings are going to give you trouble.. as is chickens feet and the pork nuckles etc. Of course Chinese tea is very good for you... but avoid the dessert trolly.

    You can pick your dishes and come out of there having a healthy meal... but its not the type of thing you eat every day, because the carbohydrates are quite high from the rice in the dumpling skins.
