Less secure. We are a hated country now in that region and have very lax security when it comes to our borders.

You're kidding, right?!? By invading Iraq, the US has made itself the target of MORE angry terrorists and militant young men who see the violence inflicted there and in Afghanistan and are then recruited to do battle with the Americans!
