I just Got a Puppy.

And i want to know if it is By Law i have to get him Neutered in Philly

  1. Get him neutered anyway.

    It does not appear to be mandated by the city of Philadelphia.  The section on licensing mentions reduced rates on dogs that are spayed/neutered and on the pets of seniors.  but, I don't think there is any rule against intact animals.

  2. I don't think you do, but it would be best if you did get your pup spayed or neutered.

  3. No it's not a law in pennsylvania but it is the responsible thing to do. So be a responsible owner and get your dog neutered.

  4. Not that I know of but do the responsible thing and have it done anyway.  

  5. Nope, there's currently no law stating mandatory spaying/neutering for all non-show pets.
