  1. Buyer Beware is the norm. You can do a title search on it.


  2. If the vehicle has been written-off and has a rebuilt title, then yes ( although laws may differ in different states and provinces ).  If the vehicle was just involved in a little fender-bender type of collision, then no.

  3. No. There are no laws regarding the disclosure of the history of an old car.

    This would be impossible to enforce. It's up to the buyer to do his research. That is why services like Carfax exist.

  4. No they dont have to tell you that but its is in thier best intrest if there is frame damage
