I lose so much sweat while running, (whole shirt soaked) is it possible that I am losing so much it is making me have a harder time running? Do I need more water in my system if I sweat more than the average runner? If so, how much water?

  1. It's what you're eating and drinking the day before. Any drink with calories, beer, soda, drinks with corn syrup. etc. makes more sweat.

Prep for run with WATER alone. It also adds, what else, water weight.

Mass in motion goes faster with same energy input but less mass. f=ma. works for kinetics of running.

You most likely haven't run enough to get feedback on what nutrition does for performance
