By pass the surver?

how can i by pass my work place surver? so that i can access my e-mail, listen musics, radio, facebook, bank..... cz the surver is blocked almost every web sites i know of

Can't.

Access to the internet is THRU the server.  Think of it like a traffic cop.  It either lets you pass or it doesn't.

You could try using a proxy but if it tracks proxy attemps it will know it is you.

Does your company have a written policy against using their equipment for personal use?

Just use a proxy site. This is the one I use at school and at work. Enjoy!
