By what week in the pregnancy is it illegal to have an abortion?

im not having an abortion, im just writing a paper and need to know

so against murdereing a child but here in ontario you can have one done up till 24 weeks, did u know that at 12 weeks you can already tell the gender of your baby>

It all depends on where you live. In Canada you can get an abortion between 12 or 16 weeks. Under certain circumstances, some abortions can be done up to 20 weeks... but the procedure is safer and simpler if it is done earlier. You also need to be 18 yrs old... if you are younger you will need parental consent. But it is different in other countries.

i think it should be illegal no matter what week you're in... you're killing your baby. image your baby when he or she is 5, 13, or 21... but that will never be if they don't live.
