  1. First of all, there is no "fast" way to immigrate to Canada. It will take a long time (3-5 years) and demand a lot of patience from you.

    You do not indicate in your question whether you have any particular skills or experience that are needed in Canada. This distinction is very important as we are not looking for any more unskilled workers - Canada has plenty of them as it is. Currently, we are working through roughly 980,000 applicants and, as we only accept about 250,000 new immigrants each year, you can easily tell how long it will take for new applicants.

    All of that, of course, depends on whether you even qualify to immigrate to Canada. We work on a points system and I have included the link to a self-assessment you can take to see if you are eligible to immigrate.
