Former Dynamo Kyiv player, Anatoliy Byshovets, has tipped d**k Advocaat to include Lokomotiv Moscow’s http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Aleksandr-Kerzhakov-c4569 in the final group stage game
against Greece on Saturday.
As things stand, Russia atop the Group A. However, they still need a massive point in the upcoming game against the Blue-white to confirm their place in the quarter-final of the European tournament
The last time when these two sides met in a European competition (Euro 2008), Guus Hiddink’s managed to win the closely contested match 1-0 against the Greeks at Salzburg stadium.
There is little arguing that Kerzhakov has failed to live up to the expectations in Europe this term, having failed to score a goal for his country. As a result, Advocaat has replaced the 29-year-old striker by Pavlyuchenko in
both the matches against Czech Republic and Poland.
Byshovets has pleaded the Russian national team manager to trust Pavlyuchenko, who put in an eye-catching performance in the opening group stage game against the Narodaks. The former Tottenham Hotspur man has managed to score one
and set up another after coming off the bench in second-half.
“In my opinion, it will be appropriate to start with Pavlyuchenko from the first minutes. Roman, who can create chances, will be very useful. His ability to play in defence will help Russia. The Greeks have a powerful defence
