C#/C/C++ Question? Please guys help?

Pls Guys are Programmes written in C or C++ Platform independent ie OS independent and also What about C# programme?

  1. C# is OS independant but for C/C++ you have to have compiler w.r.t OS


  2. C and C++ are dependant on your platform and can be dependant on your OS but as long as you compile on the target platform, they may be able to run if can you stick to ANSI standards. But in general, I would not count on them being portable. C# is for .NET (MS product).
