  1. it makes us build prisons that keep them from killing each other, allows them to exercise and be outdoors every day, and so forth.  not that we've done a very good job of it - prisons are horribly overcrowded and many inmates want nothing more than to kill another of another race.


  2. Dude, inmates lost the right to hopes, dreams, and respect the second they broke the law. Hello? The prisons are WAY overcrowded, there is no real rehabilitation, and half the inmates are gang members, with an agenda to take out gangs of other races. Respect? Hope? Safety? Yeah, Good Luck with that one.
