We Win - We always win (not all of the battles - but the long term War) So far, due to better form of government, capitalism and free markets. We have lots of problems, but if you travel, you know that our problem are the 'least of these evils.'

It depends what it is the competition is based on. If we are talking about which "oranisation" is the most ignorant and hilariously incompetent, then of course there is an undisputed winner- C.I.A. If you are asking who is the most powerful ( I mean, come on!),  with great communication skills (try not to communicate back to them and it is not only a dead fish you will find on your porch) then, blatanlty Russian Mafia is the winner.
