I would suggest getting a good, tutorial driven book. The best way to find a book that would work would be to go to amazon.com, type in "C#", and look through the reviews for the books that come up.

Find one that seems to be good for beginners, and go for it. Be sure to do all the lessons that are in the book, and follow all the tutorials, The best way to learn to code is to get in there and start hacking away!
