C++ programming starting?????????

what tools are needed to start such as ide etc......?

Well you need a compiler such as Dev-C++ or Code:Blocks ( I'd recommend this one this is what I use) and well tutorials which can be found at http://www.cprogramming.com oh and depending on what your using it for if your using it to program games also download irrEdit v0.7.1

irrLicht v1.3.1 and irrKlang 1.0.2 and use http://www.gameiterator.com/index.php/Ga... as guidelines. Good Luck

Hey if your just starting C++ you might want to think about learning C#. C# has a great ide and it makes it a lot easier to create Windows Forms Applications like "Windows Internet Explorer".

*Important*:

Tier 1 is the only one that has stuff on C++ the other two are about C# and Visual Basic.
