  1. Moles glucose = 500.4 g / 180.16g/mol =2.78

    the ratio between glucose and ethanol is 1 : 2

    moles ethanol = 2.78 x 2 =5.56

    Mass ethanol = 5.56 mol x 46.068 g/mol =  256.1 g

    V = 256.1 / 0.789 = 324.6 mL => 0.325 L
