Hello, I have a quick question to ask regarding the expungement process. If a person was not arrested, but he was charged and convicted of a Misdemeanor with Battery being the offense, And the person who commited the crime did not go on probation/Juvie/Jail, But only paid a Fine, and the person who commited the crime was 16 years old, and that person did not commit any more crimes before and after the only one he had commited, is he illegible for an expungement in the state of California? Please help guys i need you.

  1. For a crime committed when you were a minor, you can get more than expungement, you can get the record sealed.  Go to this site, and follow the "Juvenile Records" link.
