I've was wondering sometimes I talk on the phone loud at night.  I get in argument quite a bit cause I'm having some personal problems in my life.  If my neighbors have a problem with this doesn't my landlord have to warn me and notify me of the problem first before I can be evicted? Cause I have asked my neighbor closes to me and she said she doesn't hear anything.

  1. yes, but landlords don't really get involved in this unless they live in the range of your yelling. yes your landlord must notify you first be for an eviction. if you get an eviction, you can go to housing court to void it or get more time to stay.

  2. It's called disturbing the peace!! If noone has complained yet, I suggest you keep your voice down! Nobody wants to hear other peoples problems!! And whoever you are arguing with, do it some place else!!! NOW! if someone has already turned you in for being loud, and probably you may have used some bad language duing the conversation, repeatedly! The Landlord could tell you to take your problems someplace else!! He is only doing his duty, keeping his property from loosing value because of your loud confrontations!!
