CALIFORNIA driver's license?

I am going to school in california, over 18, have a DL from my home state, and need to know if i have to have a CA license.

i have heard the rumor you need to get a CA license if you are here for more than 10 days, but i have also heard if you dont pay taxes here, dont pay in-state tuition, and dont vote here you dont need to apply for a CA license.

WHO KNOW THE REAL DEAL? DO I NEED TO GET A CA LICENSE??

no. it only applies if your under 18

just keep your out of state license up to date and legal

if you chose to vote or become a resident then yes you need to apply
