CALLING ALL MAKEUP ARTISTS!!?

Question

how can i make my blue eyes pop!? i want them to be noticable with how i do my makeup?... i have fair skin. Thanks in advance!

Most blue eyes look Vibrant and Bright with a plum liquid eyeliner. Black can work too but cann be too harsh.

Dark Browns, and Charcoal Greys. Purples but only dark ones. and for a Natural look go for a Nude with Shimmer.

Use black or dark brown eyeliner on the top LASH LINE and a little on the lower LASH LINE. Use mascara,( the color your eyeliner is.) Use an eyeshadow that is dark on the lid(closest to your eyelashes, a darkish beige or lighter brown) and blend it into a lighter shade that you will put on the crease and a tiny bit higher (a golden or peach color)( do not go all the way up to your eyebrows. and make sure that you don't blend too much, because the colors still have to stay the color you put them on as, and blend only the parts that touch) This should really bring out your eyes.

Use blue or green, cause those are the two colors that make blue eyes pop the most. I have blue eyes also and I love using shimmery colors too like silver or champagne.
