  1. No not if you are in Canada, the age here is 16 and you can date who ever the heck you want no matter what age..Goodluck

  2. i think he could go to jail because your still considered s a minor and he is considered as an adult sorry bout your parents pressing charges and i cant answer he rest you ned to figure that out.

  3. Yes he can go to jail for statutory rape.

  4. .............i feel bad for your kid =[

  5. if your parents want him in jail. he will go to jail. sucks.

  6. Yes he can go to jail, yes he can get out, and yes he has a right to visitation.  Once he is convicted of a s*x crime, which sleeping with a 15 year old is a s*x crime, he will have to register as a s*x offender for the rest of his life!!

  7. Where I live, yes.  It's called statutory rape.  It's very wrong for someone who is considered legally an adult to be having s*x with a 15 year old.

  8. im not sure if ur parents can press charges or not

but the law says yall can do what you wan as long as he is under 21

since u where only 15 at the time (statutory rape law)

i dont think they can take him to jal over that

since technically he didnt break the law

    its still wrong tho

find someone ur age and quit havin s*x

and i dont know what kind of charges your parents want to

    press him with...sooo yea

  9. well i don't know what state you live in but in New York City, yes he will go to jail if your parents press charges and yes he will be on bail

  10. yes and no it depenses on witch state you live in yes he could or he could no jo to jail and go on the sexual perdeters list

  11. Yes

  12. I was 16 and my boyfriend was 20 when we had our son together. He turned 21 two days after the baby was born.

Where I live you can't press charges unless there is a 5 year difference in age.

    I'm now 19 and he's 23 and we're TTC #2!

BTW: your typing is a little hard to read. Doesn't it take more effort to write like that?

  13. YeS AnD dOn'T WrIte LiKe tHis It'S sTuPid!!

  14. DUDE hes so dumb for knocking you up you were such jailbait at the time no offensce to you or anything. Umm yeah he could go to jail and might or might not have bail but if he does we're looking at like ten thousand dollars maybe and yeah when he's sprung i think you could make arrangements unless like your parents get a restraining order or something then you would have to wait until you were 18

  15. it depends w hat state your from and if it was consensual or not.  also you are now an adult because you have the child so it is to late to press charges for statutory rape.

  16. yup. ah and learn how to type, it kills me

  17. Why are you typing like that?  Your poor child......

  18. Depends on the state you live in.In CT at 16 they consider you some what of an adult And if the 16 yr old and 18 yr old were a couple before he turned 18 and there is only a two yr differnce no the guy doesnt go to jail howvever if more then 3 yrs age differnece yes. However if your still together he could go to jail for a maxium of 10 yrs and get put on a sexual predatirs list for life and then he wont get any rights to his child. However if your parents do not press charges he would be able to get visitation in court no matter what.

  19. u can almost always get out on bail but h**l probly have 2 go to court and ur parents would have 2 press rape charges on him, and they probably wont give him any rights.

  20. Yes.

  21. Possibly. I don't believe that the age of consent in any state is under 16. So if you were 15, and he was 18 then it would be considered statutory rape.
