yes - they will start teething but usually it'll go on like this for a few months although some cut them faster I hear.  Bonjella or similar type gel and teething rings or pacifiers can help cut teeth.  I wouldn't give them anything like teething biscuits or foods if they don't already take them yet.  some baby pain relief medicine if their face is flushed at night, or if they get a temperature and lots of fresh bibs to avoid all that drool/damp bibs getting into their chest and giving them a chest infection.  All this and patience.

I am going through that same thing with my 2 month old. He is showing all the signs of teething but I thought he was too young. I have been giving him baby motrin at night and it seems to help calm him down.

Yes they can my daughter started at 3 months, and i dont think i would give them a pickle! Try tylenol.

Yes a 3 month old can be teething. I have a 3 month old and he has been teething for a couple weeks now. He is biting on toys and his fingers, as well as drooling a little. Use a teething ring, frozen washcloth, baby orajel, or infant tylenol. Do not use the pickle... that is definitely not healthy for a 3 month old to have in his/her mouth!

Yes.  My oldest daughter cut her first tooth at 2 months.  Please do not give your baby a pickle.  Choking hazard.  Try a cold washcloth or a teething toy.

yes, my nephew got his first 2 teeth at 3 months... so definetly... i gave him those small pills from the pharmacy they are teething tablets for babies!  and they worked so well for him, i still continue to use them for all my neices and nephews and i will wit my own child.

Teething ring, But for gods sake DON'T freeze it as this will harm the baby, just place it in the fridge to cool off and baby will be fine.

Babies shouldn't have ANY food, until at least 4 months and that should be pureed rice.

i think my 12 week old is teething atm.. he sucks his hand and drools.. n chews on my finger.. he's cranky n irritable and even has diarrhea.. no fever so far,thank god!

my son started teething at 2 months. a small stuffed toy, a wet washcloth, and some baby orajel will work wonders. please no pickle! (i have heard that a green onion works though, but i havent personally tried it)

A 3 month old baby can teethe I would not give them a dill pickle though those are loaded with salt. I would use a frozen teething ring, frozen wash cloth or something like that.

If the baby is in a lot of pain you can give some infant tylenol or hylands teething tablets.
