ITS ALOT OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE SPECIAL EFFECTS TO THERE PICS...BUT EVERYTIME I ASK THEM HOW THEY DID IT THEY TELL ME THAT SOMEBODY ELSE DONE IT FOR THEM....CAN ANYONE HELP ME? PLEASE & THANK U!

super pricey.  [650 dollars.  the newest version is 1000 dollars.]

do you mean like photoshoped pictures? if you want something similar to that program and you don't have it paint.net is good and free.Good Luck!!!

All the special effect are done in photo retouch programs. I use Photoshop, its a really good professional program. There's a big learning curve there though. Its an expensive program, you can get it for 1 month for free. If you go to adobe.com and upload it they allow you to test it for 1 month free.
