CAN ANYONE HELP WITH PRISON ADVICE IN WACOL?

My friend is going to prison next month and she has no one to talk to or ask how to and what to exspect she would love to talk to someone who has been in wacol in ipswich qld recently to let her know how o handle it she cant afford to plead guilty so has to accept the charges. Please help without judgement.
