Hmm........here it goes........

MBA is a world renowned and acknowledged degree for a person proficient in business administration. MBA can be awarded only by a University.

MMS is pretty much the same ad n I guess very few universities award an MMS degree, one of them being Mumbai.

PGDBM and PGDBA are Post Graduate Diplomas.....yup not degrees.....because they are awarded by institutes other than Universties....mostly autonomous institutes.

Good institutes in Mumbai:

Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS)----the only Mumbai institute offering an MBA as its a University.

Jamnalal Bajaj, JBIMS-----MMS , Mumbai University

SP Jain, NITIE, SJMSOM---all PG diplomas
