CAN EATING TO MANY EXTRA STRONG MINTS HARM YOU?

i gave up smoking 2 years ago and went onto extra strong mints to help,but i am now eating at least 2 packets a day thats 36 mints i am now wondering if this can harm me

  1. Might give you diarrhoea, sometimes too many mints can do this.

    Shouldn't imagine all the sugar in 'em does your teeth much good.

  3. Only fault I can see with eating to many extra strong mints is it may cause diarrhoea then again that's a lot better than the effects smoking would have caused you, well done on giving up!  

  4. They probably won't do your teeth or waistline any favours, since they are mainly made from sugar. But, beyond that, I don't think they'll do you any harm.

    It's certainly a less dangerous option than continuing to smoke.

  6. No, of course not.  But you should make sure they are sugar free mints so as to avoid the calories and harm to your teeth.

  8. xylotol is a sugar substitute that can cause harm if over used.  check the ingredient.
