  1. Sorry you cannot. That firewire port is for digital cams only.

    But if you can borrow a digital camcorder, you can use that as bridge(digital converter) to connect your analog camcorder and then upload your videos.

  2. It depends on what kind of Video Card do you have, there are video card that supports Video In, If so, it is possible..
