  1. b*****s normally 'droop' after breastfeeding because they got bigger when you were using them to produce milk.

When their size reduces afterwards, the skin has stretched and won't 'hold' the breast as high as it did.

If you train to make the muscles in your chest, sides and upper back bigger (pressups, pulldowns, rows & flyes), they will 'fill you out' more, so that the skin is tightened again. The bigger muscles behind your b*****s will push them forwards, too. They will also move around less, so that they feel less 'saggy'.

This won't 'lift' them to the same level as before, but it can make them look & feel more plump and firm.

  2. sorry but surgery is the only option. u can try excersizes. The one they showed me when i had my babies, was to put your arms up in front of your chest, and put one hand in a fist, and push it into the other opended hand. And you will feel it working, lol, but it's not a miracle worker, Im only 19, i have 2 kids i never breastfed, and mine are'nt where there suposed to be. Just part of haveing a baby, lol, don't u just love it! lol
