Yz 80 is exactly right or you can just buy a dual sport bike. I have a klr 250 with off road tires but drive on street.

yes you can but it would take some work you have to buy lights blinkers and have license plates with a title which is a pain and you have to have a bikers license which you know how to ride a bike so you probally dont have to waste money on a class but yes youu can a good place to buy lights and blinkers are att www.morepowerracing.com
