I don't believe anarchy is the answer to anything. I tend to believe that parliaments or congresses should be subject to the people, not that other way around.

Unfortunately, most people would rather sit by and idly await their fate as determined by their government.

Reform should happen by the voice of the PEOPLE and all affairs of the governments of every country should be set on a foundation of humanism!
