it has to do with demorcrazy is governments. thats all i know

The government makes laws(policies) based upon ideals like respect for a persons's life and liberty; openness in the government (no scandals); openness in making laws; and making sure elected politicians are doing what is correct.

The government will make laws based on certian ideas such as the respect of a human being with regards to the constitution; ensuring that the government is made available to the public and nothing backhanded can happen in regards to making laws or dealing with scandals; and ensuring that elected officials do the right thing.
