CAN YOU GOT TO ANOTHER SCHOOL If YOU OWE ONE SCHOOL MONEY?

Well my girlfriend started a community college in new york, but now she is applying to a school in north carolina will they turn her down becuase she owes the other school 1,300?.

i dont see why they would turn her down. its not their school. as long as she pays in the end its all good. but as far as depriving someone of their education i wouldnt think so, and also since its not the new school she owes. thats alot of money though! i went to community and mine was about $800

The first college may not release her transcripts. That would be the biggest obstacle!
