Usually, in these sorts of situations (religious, fundraising, etc) the rules for consumption are water or juice, sometimes only water. If you're having a hard time, try a popsicle. You cannot have milk products if you are participating. If you're feeling weak/light headed, listen to your body and have something small. Good luck.
