After removing a paper jam from the fixing assembly, the paper jam light remained on. Close inspection revealed a torn fixing film and I replaced the replaced the fixing film assembly. After cleaned all rollers etc and reassembling the machine, the paper jam light remained illuminated. I took it apart again checked everywhere for paper, dust etc, cleaned the static eliminator yet the paper jam light stays on. I'm totally confused. Is there something I'm missing?Thanks
