CANT FIND MY SONGS ON MY RCA MP3 202C

I have this player and once I load songs I cant figure out how to play them? what buttons do i push to get this to happen. also I have no card in the player does this matter? when I go to delete all it will show it deleted several songs but I cant seem to find and play those songs I loaded
PLEASE HELP!!
