CANT TURN POWER ON

WHEN YOU PRESS POWER ON, ONLY CURSOR LAMP COMES ON.SHOWS NO DISPLAY,CANT BE RECOGNISED PC WHEN U CONNECT THRU USB & PUT THE HOLD SW ON.CURSOR LAMP ALSO GOES OFF WHEN U RELEASE POWER SWNO EFFECT OF RESET SWITCH.
