CANT delete weather module?

Question

Cannot delete monstrous weather module. Edit button proceeds to give me loading message forever, switching to compact doesn't last, goes back to the massive size, I delete it, it comes back, I move it down to the bottom so I don't have to look at it, it moves back up to the middle of the page, quite maddening.

um is their a button at the boddom or top that says something like save or done
