CAO change of mind?

When and How can you change your CAO course choices??

I went online and can't change it

Go here https://www.cao.ie/apply.php?page=myapp , log in with your number and password, and you should be able to do it.  But it's from May onwards.  It says on section C on this page https://www.cao.ie/index.php?page=aboutC... that you can change your mind any time and as often as you want before 1st July.
