CAPs lock key is on al the time

IM USING COMPAQ PRESARIO V3000 EACH TIME I SWITCH THE NOTEBOOK ON THE CAps lock is turned on by itself for awhile aND CANNOT BE SWITCHED OFF. IT SWITCHES OFF AUTOMATICAlly n is switched on again by itself. i think you can see how it is by looking at my writings.
please help
