CARDIO question. if i do any kind of cardio (ex. turbo jam or biking) will it increase my runnin speed...?

will doing any kind of cardio increase my running speed and endurance/stamina?

  1. It can make you run longer too. but yes it can help increase endurance & stamina by riding bikes and stuff like that.it also helps you run longer without running out of breath so fast.

  2. yes, it will help with endurance, but if you want to increase speed you'll want to work on upper body muscles and your leg speed. i think you'll want to work on your leg muscles as well
