CARE PACKAGE - LOS ANGELES?

A friend has recently moved from Sydney to Los Angeles, and I am wanting to send a package to let them know we are thinking of them. Any suggestions? Preferably light things, so postage cost doesn't go through the roof! Thanks.

You could have some fun with this one!  Try going with a theme...

1.  LA Beaches:  fun sunglasses, a beach towel (maybe a touristy Sydney one to remind them of home!), sunblock, and a paperback.

2.  Hollywood/Movies:  Gift subscription to Netflix.com, some microwave popcorn and snacks, subscription to a celebrity gossip magazine

3.  LA Freeways:  Gasoline gift card, air fresheners and decorative things for the car, car organizer, travel mug

That's all I can think of off the top of my head.
