McDonald's offers better food salads and such if you are health concious really overall McDonalds is the best because they have everything timed to perfection so there is less chance of getting anything so undercooked it could give you health problems

i tried all those places and the one i eat at the most is burger king. put it depends on what u want to eat. like if you want chicken nuggets, wendys is good, want a whopper, burger king for sure. jack in the box has good chicken sandwiches. want good fries ?in and out. and good thing about jack in the box and burger king is its 24 hr now. but im trying to eat healther. i like subway sandwiches. but of course cooking yourself is more benefitual because u can control how much fat and flavor you put in your cooking and know how much u spent on the food.
