CARP? WHERE in MN?

How can i catch carp on rod and reel? Recomended equipment.

A heavy rod and reel with 20lb florocarbon line.

Use a small weight and a number 6 treble hook.

Use a dough bait or my favorite, crushed up weaties.

Crush the weaties until there in tiny pieces then add a little bit of water so it goes to like a dough state. Then put enough to cover the hook.
