CARS: You know what is funny about driving a Mustang GT?

Question

My mustang GT is supped up with exhaust, performance upgrades, black tint, rims, and it looks and sounds like a scary beast.

The funny thing is, cars dont mess with me on the road. No one cuts me off, no one will do that thing where they are right behind you then they zoom around you JUST to make a right turn and slow you down.

They dont tailgate me, they dont cut me off at a 4 way stop.

Coming from my old car this is a nice little surprise!

You would think I was driving one of those cars that look like a cop car, but of course it looks nothing like one.

My question is, why do you think this is? Do you notice you drive different around nice sports cars?

i give a little respect, or maybe i'm just slowing down to check em out.  I have noticed that since i traded my BMW for a very large Dodge truck that i get as much room as i want to make lane changes.  I guess they think that instead of a yuppie prick, i'm a good ol boy on a mission.
