CARibbean ,holiday?

want to do a gap year :] I'v looked at lots of courses available, and have narrowed it down to these 3 places. But id like to take some time to chill out on them after maybe get a part time job ( although that was just an idea, Not a nesscessity) Does anyone have any info on wat the islands are like,r what to do etc? :]
