  2. Pilots refer to an approach flown by the autopilot as a coupled approach. Most Cat II approaches are flown on the autopilot, at least to decision height, so many Cat II approaches are coupled..

  3. Thats is an approach that is flown with the autopilot engaged.

    Most pilots fly even Cat I approaches coupled, though there is no regulatory requirement to do so.  On a Cat II, the autopilot must be engaged.  There is a laundry list of other requirements that must be met, but that is one of the requirements.
