CAVA: can we make up work on the weekends. Can we go on-line on the weekends??

I know we can't log attendence, but if we get too busy on a particular day can we school on the weekend to catch up on school work?? i will teach LA and Math in the morning, but want to finish up when we come back home from the "park day" (2 wed. a months) The weekend might be better to finish up History or Science. All responses welcome.

Sure, you can finish up your work on weekends, nighttime, whenever it suits you.  You will want to log that work as having been done during the week, however, since CAVA is a public school; and would consider those days at the park to be absences or shorter days.  You will be subject to the rules of attendance for any California public school.  Too many weeks of not logging attendance when public schools are open (even if you do MORE hours than required) will be a truancy issue.
