  1. Not only can you, but you should cut them off.

    Also, you can cut the vine itself where it passes beyond the last pumpkin you want to keep.

    This way the plant will expend its energies to the fruit itself, not the growing vine.

  3. yes,we can cut dead leaves off pumpkin plants.those are not useful.if they are present they look very dirty.&those leaves take &dump in soil and then next we use it as fertilisers.
