What Does A CBT Involve? Compulsary Bike Training,

answering a theory type test in the morning and then going out on the road in the afternoon to test your ability and that, it takes 1 day

it&#039;s not a test as such.  It&#039;s 4 people sitting around in the morning and you get a sort of chat/lecture about bike safety and they ask you questions but it&#039;s not a fail/pass type of questioning.  Then they take you and just get you to actually handle the bike and walk round with it and learn about brakes and stuff.

Then they get you on the bike and get you to ride in a straight line, then in a circle, then in a figure of 8, then change gear.

Once they&#039;re happy with you, and if they&#039;re any good at their training they should be going at your pace they take you out on proper roads for about an hour.

It takes all day, you&#039;ll be wrecked but it&#039;s great!

A full day of learning about riding a bike.

You start with some theory, then you ride a bike around cones in a car part and finally you get to ride on the road.

It&#039;s actually quite good fun.
